Thomas Robinson is a seasoned growth leader with over a decade of experience driving results across marketplaces and high-growth D2C brands. He spent five years at Amazon across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Outbound Marketing teams in Canada, the U.S., and the U.K., finishing as Outbound Marketing Lead for Europe and driving nine figures in annual incremental revenue. After Amazon, Thomas joined Tiege Hanley, a fast-growing men’s skincare brand, where he reported directly to the CEO for five years. He built full-funnel marketing systems spanning Performance, Lifecycle, and Brand, helping scale revenue from startup to $20M+ and leading one of the most effective influencer programs on YouTube in men’s grooming. Today, as VP of Growth at Breath Death, Thomas is helping redefine the $20B breath-freshener market with clinically proven, crackling crystals — a brand backed by Second Sight Ventures, TKO (WWE & UFC), and top cultural partners, including Logan & Jake Paul, Lil Yachty, MGK, OBJ, and Adin Ross. With a background in Media Studies & Production and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Thomas bridges creativity, data, and systems thinking. Through DirectToGrowth Co., he now partners with leadership teams to recalibrate their growth engines and build frameworks that scale long after the engagement ends.

Kyle is a photographer, videographer, and creative director with a passion for crafting meaningful, story-driven visuals. With a sharp eye for detail and composition, he brings brands to life through clean, sharp, and highly intentional imagery. From weddings and creative portraits to lifestyle and product work, Kyle focuses on content that feels both elevated and approachable. His calm, friendly presence helps founders, teams, and talent feel comfortable in front of the camera, which translates into authentic content that performs. At DirectToGrowth Co., Kyle leads creative strategy and execution across organic social, paid ads, and landing-page merchandising. His focus is simple: build content systems that can be produced consistently and repurposed intelligently across channels.

Dave has spent the past decade helping entrepreneurs and organizations turn ideas into scalable digital products. He began his career in sales and business development for startup technology companies in Victoria, BC, before transitioning into software engineering. Since then, he has designed, deployed, and maintained production applications across healthcare, petroleum, and e-commerce. At DirectToGrowth Co., Dave’s primary focus is optimizing Shopify storefronts: improving conversion rates, implementing brand refreshes, and executing product launches that are technically sound and easy for teams to manage. He specializes in using tools like Replo and Intelligems to rapidly test and refine landing pages and onsite flows. Beyond Shopify, Dave brings a broad technical background that allows him to solve a wide range of engineering and integration challenges — from app configuration to building custom solutions when off-the-shelf tools fall short.

Edward Robinson is an engineering leader with over 15 years of experience designing and scaling high-performance distributed systems, leading technical transformations, and guiding teams through complex product builds. He has delivered major technical wins across industries, including migrating legacy platforms to modern architectures, reducing latency under heavy seasonal demand, and supporting millions of unique user journeys across diverse data sources. His work spans automated document-generation systems for global compliance, reliable cross-border payment pipelines, and AI-powered tools for decision-making and personalization. Edward has scaled engineering organizations from first-employee stages through rapid-growth phases, introduced event-driven and microservice architectures, and supported technical due diligence for major funding rounds. His focus is always the same: build systems that are robust, observable, and easy for teams to ship on. At DirectToGrowth Co., Edward leads technical strategy, custom app development, and implementation of AI and personalization experiences that give brands a durable edge.

Patrick Kulbisky is an accomplished Operations and Supply Chain leader and Certified Addictions Counsellor. Based in Cebu City, Philippines, and a Canadian citizen, Patrick brings deep experience in operations management, logistics, and process improvement across Canadian and U.S. 3PL, retail, non-profit, and wholesale environments. His roles have included Regional Operations Manager for Refrigerative Supply Limited, where he oversaw logistics across three distribution centres and led new-facility startups, as well as operations leadership roles at XPO Logistics, Home Depot Canada, and Canadian Tire Corporation with a focus on change management and process implementation. Patrick’s leadership style is grounded in servant leadership and emotional intelligence. He specializes in building systems, documentation, and workflows that help teams execute consistently — especially in fast-moving, high-change environments.
